A house with an English layout In the location of island states, in bays, on the slopes of mountains there are not so many places for construction, and the land plots are comparable in value to the estimates of construction of structures on these plots. And often the price of these small pieces of land exceeds the cost of building houses and additional structures on them.  In this example, a small plot of land dictated an "English" layout: everything is concise, tight, minimalist.  I had to write off the full-size volume-planning solutions of a 120 m2 house within the extremely tight "red" boundaries of the plot. Additional 20 m2 were achieved by incorporating the style of a two-storey loft for the upper bedroom of the second floor - this was achieved by solving the problem from the customer on the site parameters of bedrooms.

 The planning solution was developed on the basis of the technical specification of the client, who became the owner of a narrow plot, the main axis of which is turned from south-west to north-east. При посадке зданий на участки на склоне много возникает трудностей. Но если ты взялся проектировать трём соседям - будь готов одновременно угодить трём господам, и никого не обидеть. Тебе придётся увязывать все видовые точки, освещение участков, выездные группы, "глухие" зоны для всех участников процесса строительства домов на склоне.  Удивительно, но меня пригласили к Вице губернатору на приём...... Вопрос простой: выделение земли под строительство храма. Дело - хорошее. Но..... Земля пока под это фактически не выделена, бюджет строительства мизерный, проект - не выбран. Идут обсуждения.... Были ещё несколько моментов, которые касаются ещё эпохи заселения этой части Ленинградской области ещё 200 лет назад, которые прямо нет возможности озвучить. Итог - проект оказался бумажным.
