In that year being at the same time the director of production-building company "STS" and architect, my second architect Davletshin P.I. and I offered many variants from the catalog of our company, but the customer's choice fell on one German project, which we deeply reworked to the needs of our client. The result is not a paper project, but a set of drawings for production and construction. The architectural design of this aerated concrete cottage is mixed, and it is more reminiscent of the Scandinavian style.
