I received this project as an architect-constructor from the group of external designers of the company "STS", when the planning decisions have been signed by the customer, and the facades in the sketches have already been approved. But when it was transferred to the production, the designer there refused to produce it because of the impossibility in technological terms. The money from the customer was received, the schedule was started, the foundation slab was casted, but the production is not started.🤣 Such curiosities I have experienced more than once, when working for a Finnish construction company, where I recycled someone else's designs into something that could be built.
