An unexpectedly simple project of a wooden house brought problems to its creator. Despite the seeming simplicity of the space-planning solution of this building, it developed a lot of skepticism about how the design was based on different boundary problems, such as: the established budget, the total building area of 300 m2, and the strictly specified height of the attic floor. The customer decided to adhere to all these boundary-value optimization problems for his home. In the final version, it was decided to carry out the supporting frame of the building (now it is called so in Russia) according to Finnish technology. The building at its base has a reinforced concrete foundation, on which there is a frame structure with elements of a bar made of natural profiled wood.
