In 2012 I was the director of the company "Contemporary Building Technologies" (now sts-eco. ru) I had the opportunity to design and build this house by frame-panel technology in the Leningrad region in Krasnoye Selo. The peculiarity of this project was that due to slow decision of the client on final planting of the house on the site we had to freeze the foundation works because of the delay in getting the initial data for foundation design from geologists and very unfavorable soils (gray strongly loose clay) and to store this rather large house at our plant until the foundation works were completed in spring. This is a great feature of frame-panel construction, that the house kit is minimally affected by weather conditions, compared to other construction technologies.
