2017 RF, LO, Pos. Privetnenskoe. House of 320 m2 made of laminated veneer lumber 2017 RF, Len. region, Privetnenskoe village, private land.   Construction and design of a three-story timber houses 320 m2 in the village. Privetnensky from maple timber began in 2018, because the project was approved in 2017 already in the winter and the preparatory foundation work was suspended.  Unfortunately, glued laminated timber was chosen not from the Vyborg house (vyborghouse.com), which we recommended as the highest quality and having all the necessary certificates, and exported abroad. Tanhouse is a transformer. In the history of the construction of new suburban housing, there were probably a lot of examples of sales of good tankhouses.  In this case, in planning the type of solution and during the construction of the first stage of this tankhouse (duplex type), additional pleasant moments of suburban life were implemented:  1) the tankhouses were built on a plot of 2 acres and with a building spot of just over 180 m2, the rest of the adjacent territory is divided into two owners; 2) for the use of the attic, the roof is pre-insulated and the necessary structural conditions are provided for the operation of the full open space of this room;  3) the roof is designed in such a way that it is possible to arrange skylights for natural illumination of residential areas;  4) the central location of the staircase allows for more than 8 roof solutions for the first, second and attic floors; 5
