This project was originally designed by me two-storey, but the customer having in mind to build a complex of houses, including the main house, a residential garage-workshop and this guest house, decided to make it a single storey in the minimalist style with a living room and a separate kitchen. The project has a sauna complex and technical rooms. The main terrace customer later still, as it was in my original project, rebuilt into a large hallway.
