Часто бывает так, что при покупке недвижимости хозяин будущего жилища не представлет всех неудобств свого дома. И только после пару лет жизни в таком здании приходит понимание, что что то в нем не так.   И своми силами или силами своих знакомых хочется исправить положение текущего в дождь ,например, балкона (н над кухней первого этажа или других фантазий архитекторов, дизайнеров, художников, да порой, и самих собственников загородной недвижимости. С там случаем и мне пришлось столкнуться.   Дом по априоре был выдуман девелопером, и в нем (доме) "сквозила" архитектура и дизайн шестисоточных строений конца "80-х".  Пришлось выправлять главный фасад здания и "выравнивать" зрительную ось отделкой.  Вот что получилось:

Ко мне обратились случайно зимой 2024 года семейная пара с просьбой нарисовать им красивый одноэтажный домик  с несущими стенами из кирпича и с отделкой фасадов полнотелым кирпичом. Дом желали начать строить уже в апреле 2024 года в Гатчинском районе Ленинградской области. В традициях Санкт-Петербурга хотелось преподнести заказчикам рисунок фасадов с более богатым арнаментом, чем мы это сейчас видим повсеместно в архитектуре загородной недвижимости. Для отделки фасадов были выбраны 4 цвета кирпича и фасадные панели "кедрал".  В основе планировке первого этажа здания лежит большая кухня-гостиная с камином от которой обе стороны идут два крыла со спальнями родителей и их ребёнка. Для размещения продовольственных запасов дополнительно к кухне примыкает просторный и высокий чулан.    В виду строительства этого здания на 60 широтемною и заказчиком было решено отказаться от веранды, терасс.  Для проведения отдыха на открытом воздухе дополнительно

A house with an English layout In the location of island states, in bays, on the slopes of mountains there are not so many places for construction, and the land plots are comparable in value to the estimates of construction of structures on these plots. And often the price of these small pieces of land exceeds the cost of building houses and additional structures on them.  In this example, a small plot of land dictated an "English" layout: everything is concise, tight, minimalist.  I had to write off the full-size volume-planning solutions of a 120 m2 house within the extremely tight "red" boundaries of the plot. Additional 20 m2 were achieved by incorporating the style of a two-storey loft for the upper bedroom of the second floor - this was achieved by solving the problem from the customer on the site parameters of bedrooms.

Slope house  One of the slope house options for which extensive parking for passenger cars is provided under the lower slab below the house. The foundations are dense gray clay, which even at this slope angle can support a stone two-story building with a large-surface roof. The roof has a large sail, but having a strong buried foundation does not cause the vertical axis of the building to roll. The more important landslide protection for the foundation of this building is the overhead drainage system, through which the flow of headwater and groundwater is diverted.  The building is located on the northern slope of the mountain - for this reason its layout has an unusual shape. The kitchen-living room is L-shaped with windows facing north and west of the building.  The planning solution was developed on the basis of the technical specification of the client, who became the owner of a narrow plot, the main axis of which is turned from south-west to north-east. The design challenges were as follows: - the views of this building must face north-east; - the windows of all three bedrooms must face south; - the bedrooms should not be small (not 12-14 m2); - the red boundaries of the plot development are three and a half meters from each fence on the long side to the structure of the residential building; - it is desirable to make delimitations (soundproofing) on the building structure between the parent's bedroom and the children's bedrooms; - it is necessary to allocate the space of a separate bathroom for the parents' bedroom; - it is obligatory to place a laundry area in the boiler room;  - and the last, most interesting remark is that the area of the new country house must be certain (not more - and not less, since the customer has alr

 Cubist style is a really difficult style, because in it (if the customer is not a philistine - and there are no such people nowadays) it is difficult to catch the thread between chaos and harmony. And I make this harmony out of chaos through the temporary use of facade materials and their textures.
