Construction and design of a three-story timber houses 320 m2 in the village. Privetnensky from maple timber began in 2018, because the project was approved in 2017 already in the winter and the preparatory foundation work was suspended. Unfortunately, glued laminated timber was chosen not from the Vyborg house (vyborghouse.com), which we recommended as the highest quality and having all the necessary certificates, and exported abroad. The house has outlines in the Russian style and a high roof angle, in connection with which I suggested that customers use under the roof space as another additional floor - to which the customers agreed and another row of windows was added for the 3rd floor on the main facades of the building. The project on the ground floor has a huge kitchen-living room with access to the terrace, several bedrooms and bathrooms. A feature of the project is two bay windows made of laminated veneer lumber, which is a difficult moment for the production of a house kit in a factory in some industries. Строительство и проект трехэтажного брусового
дома 320 м2 в пос. Приветненском из кленного бруса началось в 2018 г., т.к. проект был утвержден в 2017 г. уже в зиму и подготовительные фундаментные работы были приостановлены.
К большому сожалению был выбран клееный брус не Выборгского дома (vyborghouse.com), который мы рекомендовали, как самый качественный и имеющий все необходимые сертификаты, и экспортируемый за рубеж.
Дом имеет очертания в русском стиле и высокий угол кровли, в связи с чем мною было предложено заказчикам использовать
под кровельное пространство как еще один дополнительный этаж - на что заказчики согласились и был добавлен еще один ряд окон для 3-го этажа на главных фасадах здания.
В проекте на первом этаже есть огромная кухня-гостиная с выходом на террасу, несколько спален и санузлов. Особенностью проекта является два эркера из клееного бруса, что для производства домокомплекта в заводских условиях на некоторых производствах является затруднительным моментом.
Проектирование выполнено ООО "Дорианс" ( арх. Абакумовым А.Ю. в короткие сроки.
