How wonderful it is to live in a palace. To return from guests, work and travels to your front door of your

 home, to admire the tower of your dwelling, to go out in the evening to ballusrads with a glass of wine or in the morning with a cup of coffee, and to have the tradition of your home and an ancestral nest.

 I was lucky enough to be able to do this in a wooden palace. I was approached with this idea by the customer's manager. 

He brought some selected and already agreed sketch materials for the design, so it took a little time to prepare the architectural and construction parts.

All the skills of creating wooden and frame buildings came in handy in the realization of the wishes of my client. The tower (the main dominant of this building) was born from the ideas of construction and engineering of space stations for their rapid deployment on Mars (the theme of the 70s-80s of that century) and the realized metal Shukhovskaya Radio Tower (or Shabolovskaya television tower, which was built in the 20s of that century by the architect and inventor Vladimir Shukhov (1853 - 1939)). In view of the great difficulty of erecting a palace of wood on chopped technology, they stopped at finishing both the outer part of the building's facades and its inner interiors with wide and thick blockhouse, and the skeleton itself was made by frame technology. The architectural style of this mansion can be called constructivism, and because of its volumetric-planning solution, I consider this creation to be an old-fashioned style of wooden palaces. Place of construction: Russian Federation, Leningrad region, near the town of Sestroretsk.

Как замечательно жить во дворце. Возвращаться из гостей, работы и путешествий к своему парадному входу в родной дом, любоваться башенькой, выходить вечером на баллюсрады с бокалом вина или утром с чашечкой кофе, и иметь традиции своего дома и родового гнезда.
Мне посчастливилось такое воплотить в деревянном дворце.
С такой идеей ко мне обратился управляющий заказчика. Он принёс некоторые выбранные и уже согласованные эскизные материалы для проектирования, поэтому для подготовки архитектурной и строительной части ушло немного времени.

Трудность создания этого творения выражалась в желании заказчика иметь свой дом-дворец из дерева, а объем его не меньше 500 м2 и башня обязательно должна была быть только круглой.

Все навыки создания деревянных и каркасных зданий мне пригодилась в реализации желаний моего клиента. Башня (главная доминанта этого строения) родилась из идей строительства и конструирования космических станций для быстрого их развёртывания на Марсе (тематика 70-80-ых годов того столетия) и реализованной металлической Шу́ховской радио башни (или Шаболовская телевизионная башня, которая была построена в двадцатых годах того столетия архитектором и изобретателем Владимиром Шуховым (1853 - 1939)).
В ввиду больших сложностей возведения дворца из дерева по рубленной технологии остановились на отделке как наружной части фасадов здания, так и внутренних её интерьеров из широкого и толстого блокхауза, а сам остов выполнили по каркасной технологии.
Архитектурный стиль этой усадьбы можно смело назвать конструктивизм, а по причине его обьемно-планировочного решения это творение я отношу к стародачному стилю деревянных дворцов.
