The glazing design of the kitchen, dining room and living room is dictated by the ground floor plan, in which the kitchen is located on an elevated front of the dining room and does not have natural light.

Загородный двухэтажный дом из клееного бруса с двухъярусной кухней-столовой был спроектирован в 2017 году.

 Место строительства (реконструкции) данного здания - Ленинградская область, старые дачи  под посёлком Свердлов недалеко от н.п. Орешка.

Свой дом, который представлял тогда еще каркасно-бревенчатую старую летнюю холодную дачу, заказчик хотел превратить в постоянное место жительство для своей семьи. 

Дача, которая была построена послевоенное время, в виду неординарности материалов стен и разного уровня помещений, передала новой постройке также разно уровневые помещения 1 этажа и проблеммы проектирования лестницы на второй этаж.

Пожелания заказчика были следующими: 

  1) дизайн интерьера гостиной кухни столовой с выходом на террасу должен был обращен на внутреннюю сторону участка с видом на палисадник с ландшафтным озеленением;

  2) обязательное сохранение цокольного этажа здания и старой плиты перекрытия первого этажа;

  3) гостиная со 2 ярусом (вторым светом) должна вмещать себя сложную многоуровневую лестницу, с которой должен быть выход в 2 спальни 1 этажа и галерею 2 этажа;

   4) в галерею 2 этажа смотрят выходы двух спален:  детской и родительской;

   5)  в родительской спальне  должен быть предусмотрен отдельный санузел;

  6)  обязательный балкон с удобной шириной, на котором могли бы разместиться столик для чаепития, пару кресел и небольшой диванчик для созерцания природы своего участка.

План 2 этажа спроектирован таким образом, что в конце галерея находится просторное помещение холла с выходом на балкон и с выходом в ванную находящуюся над котельной 1 этажа.

 Дизайн интерьера гостиной этого загородного дома из клееного бруса вышел из конструктивной необходимости сохранения многоуровневой структуры плиты цокольного этажа и его расположением относительно участка застройки.

 Дизайн остекления кухней, столовой и гостиной продиктован планом первого этажа, в котором кухня находится на возвышении перед столовой и не имеет естественного освещения.

В целом дизайн кухни-столовой и место приготовления еды на кухне спроектировано максимально удобно для хозяйки в виду того, что с кухни можно попасть с минимальными затратами на время в столовую, гостиную, санузел, прихожую и террасу первого этажа. Хозяйке всегда будет открываться максимально прекрасный вид как на интерьер столовой с камином, так и на ландшафт своего участка.

 Огромным бонусом архитектурного дизайна загородного дома из клееного бруса из всего прочего является то, что утопленная часть столовой будет вбирать в себя часть холодного воздуха, текущего по полу к камину и не причинит хозяйке дома и детям, играющим в гостиной в зимнее время. Получилось экологично, практично и для людей.

The customer's wishes were as follows: 

1) the interior design of the living room kitchen dining room with access to the terrace was to face the inner side of the site overlooking the front garden with landscaping;

2) mandatory preservation of the basement floor of the building and the old floor slab of the first floor; 

3) a living room with a 2 tier (second light) should accommodate a complex multi-level staircase, from which there should be an exit to 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor and a gallery on the 2nd floor; 4) the exits of two bedrooms look into the gallery on the 2nd floor: the children's and the parent's; 

5) a separate bathroom must be provided in the parental bedroom;

6) an obligatory balcony with a comfortable width, which could accommodate a table for tea drinking, a couple of armchairs and a small sofa for contemplating the nature of your site. The plan of the 2nd floor is designed in such a way that at the end of the gallery there is a spacious hall with access to the balcony and access to the bathroom located above the boiler room of the 1st floor.

The interior design of the living room of this country house made of laminated veneer lumber emerged from the constructive need to preserve the multi-level structure of the basement slab and its location relative to the building site.
