отнюдь не самыми важными критериями выбора разумного, сообразующего с
окружающей средой строительства.
При первоначальном замысле этот
проект был трехэтажным, НО условия строительства при геологической разведке пятна застройки под этот дом полностью перечеркнули идею дома с цокольным этажом. Пришлось ограничиваться
пространством двухэтажного строения для удовлетворения пожеланий и вкусов заказчика.
Дом имеет сложную для соляризации здания посадку на склоне, и вдобавок вид на озеро конфликтует с желанием размещения зоны гостиной-кухни на освещенной солнцем стороне.
Было решено
с заказчиком, что вид на озеро Вуоксы лучше подчеркнут с высоты балкона второго этажа, а зоны гостиной-кухни оставить в положенном ее месте на южной стороне здания.
