 In that year being at the same time the director of production-building company "STS" and architect, my second architect Davletshin P.I. and I offered many variants from the catalog of our company, but the customer's choice fell on one German project, which we deeply reworked to the needs of our client. The result is not a paper project, but a set of drawings for production and construction. 

The architectural design of this aerated concrete cottage is mixed, and it is more reminiscent of the Scandinavian style. It has notes of German country modern architects and Finnish at the same time. The project has a large living room without a second light, a kitchen with access to the terrace, several bedrooms on the second floor, a large bathroom on the second floor, and what is remarkable - a warm attic. Реализованный проект загородного двухэтажного дома из газобетона с отделкой фасадов кирпичом был изначально отрисован для заказчика в каркасной технологии, но после экономических обоснований здание решено было построить из газобетона. Будучи на тот год одновременно директором производственно-строительной компании "СТС" и архитектором мы с мои вторым архитектором Давлетшиным П.И. предложили множество вариантов из каталога домов нашей фирмы, но выбор заказчика пал на один немецкий проект, который мы глубоко переработали под запросы нашего клиента.

 В итоге вышел не бумажный проект, а комплект чертежей для производства и строительства. Архитектурный дизайн этого коттеджа из газобетона смешанный, и он более напоминает скандинавский стиль. В нем есть и нотки немецкой загородной современной архитекторы и одновременно финской. В проекте есть большая гостиная без второго света, кухня с выходом на террасу, несколько спален на втором этаже, большая ванная комната на втором этаже, и что примечательно - теплый чердак.
