Since the owner of the house was very imbued with the ideas of London styles of architecture, and at the same time, he liked the idea of building country houses in Australia, then we had to sweat a lot to bring these 3 styles together in a volumetric solution bathing complex with parking for two cars. But there was still more to come...

As the site contains two large buildings, it was decided to move the bathing complex to the fence of the neighbors, and the main residential building to grow upwards, not outward, and turn it into a three-storey mansion. You can draw anything, but to translate the artwork into the material is another matter. But this is not yet the difficulties of the architects, because further after all this preface will tell you about the real thorns of country building in Russia. Were carried out construction and engineering sections and agreed with the local administration, but the very degd in a barrel of honey poured us geodesy. They were called as many as four teams for the removal of the second building on the border of the site! And each time, these guys indicated a different point of reference building with an accuracy of 2.5 meters (note that the bath was drawn in 2 meters from the borders of the site). And with such bloopers in the landing, if it is embodied - this is a future trip to the courts of the neighbors of these adjacent land holdings. We got out of the situation as follows: since the surveying of plots has long been done, then geometrically it was possible to link to the extreme points of the very main neighboring buildings, and relative to them to build a local geo-grid and make the correct marking of the line planting borders and bathing complex. Происшествие на Границе или курьезный случай с геосеткой в vip архитектуре особняков произошёл в 2012 года, когда мне пришлось проектировать реконструкцию двухэтажной коробки главного дома под трехэтажный особняк в стиле дворцовой архитекторы 18-19 веков (а нужно заметить, что это место находится недалеко от дворцового комплекса Петергофа и его фонтанов) и одновременно учесть пожелания заказчика иметь представительную баньку рядом с главным зданием, но уже в каком либо стиле новодела. Так как хозяин дома очень был проникнут идеями лондонских стилей архитектуры, и в тоже время ему очень нравилась идея застройки загородных одноэтажных домов в Австралии, то нам пришлось очень попотеть, чтобы эти 3 стиля собрать воедино в обьемном решении банного комплекса с парковкой для двух машин. 

 НО все ещё было впереди...

 Так как участок слабо вмещал в себя два больших здания, то решено банный комплекс придвинуть максимально к забору соседей, а главное жилое здание вырастить не вширь, а вверх, и превратить его в трехэтажный особняк.

 Нарисовать можно что угодно, а вот воплотить эти художества в материале иное дело. Но это ещё не трудности архитекторы, так как далее после всего этого предисловия пойдёт рассказ о настоящих терниях загородного строительства в России. 

 Были выполнены строительные и инженерные разделы и согласованы с местной администрацией, НО самый дегдь в бочку мёда налили нам геодезы. Их при выносе второго здания на границе участка было вызвано аж четыре команды! И каждый раз эти РЕБЯТА указывали разные точки привязки здания с точностью в 2.5 метра (надо заметить, что баня была нарисована в 2 метрах от границ участка). И при таких ляпусах в посадке, если их воплотить - это будущий поход в суды соседей этих смежных земельных владений. 

 Вышли из положения следующим образом: так как межевание участков было уже давно выполнено, то геометрически можно было привязаться к крайним точкам самих главных соседских зданий, и относительно их построить местную геосетку и произвести правильную разметку посадок линии границ и банного комплекса. Так и поступили.
