This project was originally designed by me two-storey, but the customer having in mind to build a complex of houses, including the main house, a residential garage-workshop and this guest house, decided to make it a single storey in the minimalist style with a living room and a separate kitchen.
The project has a sauna complex and technical rooms. The main terrace customer later still, as it was in my original project, rebuilt into a large hallway. The war happened with the builders on the site during the construction of the building, when they started to mount the roof. I calculated the pitch of the rafters to be very frequent, and (as builders tend to do) the PURPOSSIBILITY of such solutions arose. I sold my idea, and 2 years later the customer called me in the spring and thanked me very much for that decision to strengthen the structure, because in this place in the winter, this house was many times under a 2-3 meter snow.

Этот проект изначально был мною спроектирован двухэтажным, но заказчик имея в замысле выполнить застройку комплексом домов, включая главный жилой дом, жилой гараж-мастерскую и данный гостевой дом, решил его выполнить одноэтажным в стиле минимализма с жилой гостиной и отдельной кухней. В проекте есть банный комплекс и технические помещения. Главную террасу заказчик позже все же, как и было у меня в первоначальном проекте, перестроил в большую прихожую.
Война произошла со строителями у на участке во время строительства здания, когда начали монтировать кровлю. Шаг стропил я расчитал очень частым, и (как это заведено у строителей) ВОЗНИКЛО МНЕНИЕ О ЦЕЛЕСООБРАЗНОСТИ ТАКИХ РЕШЕНИЙ. Я свою идею ПРОДАВИЛ, и через 2 года заказчик мне весной позвонил и очень благодарил меня за то решение о усилении конструкции, так как в этом месте зимой этот дом был много раз под 2-3 метровым снегом.
