In the reconstruction of suburban buildings there are times when it is technically impossible to fulfill the dreams of the customer, but after thinking carefully it is possible to connect the unconnected.
In this case, for the reconstruction of the building in terms of its expansion was the frame of the previous idea of home from a very good carpentry with log increment of 300 mm!!!, chopped by Norwegian technology. It should be noted that in the Leningrad region of such well-chopped buildings are very few. Initially, the customer immediately wished to abandon the log house in favor of a house of laminated veneer lumber.
After the initial design of the house from laminated veneer lumber, I was able to understand the desire and mood of my client and suggest to keep the previous building by extending it.
The customer himself had a very good artistic background and spatial thinking, and he and I further adjusted my idea. It remained a matter of technology.
In this building applied the knowledge of wooden buildings in terms of: frame house construction, houses from laminated veneer lumber and cabin wooden buildings - which in combination gave a beautiful four-sided facades, an excellent layout, and satisfied the aesthetic taste of my client (and I myself by the project came to taste).

В реконструкции загородных зданий бывают моменты, когда чисто технически невозможно выполнить мечты заказчика, но хорошенько подумав - можно соединить не соединяемое.
В данном случае у нас для реконструкции здания в части его расширения был остов предыдущей задумки дома из очень хорошего лафета с приростом бревна в 300 мм!!!, рубленный по технологии норвежской. Нужно заметить, что в Ленинградской области таких хорошо рубленных зданий наперечет.
Изначально заказчик сразу желал отказаться от сруба в угоду дома из клееного бруса. После первоначального проектирования дома из клееного бруса мне удалось понять желание и настрой моего клиента и предложить сохранить предыдущее здание путем его расширения. Сам заказчик имел очень хорошее художественное образование и пространственное мышление, и дальше мы с ним скорректировали мою идею.
Осталось дело за технологиями.
В этом строительстве применены знания деревянных зданий в части: каркасного домостроения, домов из клееного бруса и рубленных деревянных зданий - что в сочетании дало красивые фасады с четырёх сторон, отличную планировку, и удовлетворило эстетической вкус моего заказчика (да и мне самому проект пришёлся по вкусу).

Проектирование от завода по производству клееного бруса "Выборгский дом". Первый этап реконструкции и строительства: ООО "Реалит" - далее все было выполнено силами заказчика.
