I received this project as an architect-constructor from the group of external designers of the company "STS",
when the planning decisions have been signed by the customer, and the facades in the sketches have already been approved.
But when it was transferred to the production, the designer there refused to produce it because of the impossibility in technological terms. The money from the customer was received, the schedule was started, the foundation slab was casted, but the production is not started.🤣 Such curiosities I have experienced more than once, when working for a Finnish construction company, where I recycled someone else's designs into something that could be built. In fact, in this project the firm "got off lightly" because I only inserted 3 reinforcements into the design and tweaked some things there, after which it could be produced and installed.
And designers, architects, I recommend working in conjunction with the designer - what they draw, not to run after the market looking for salvation in the professionals, which in our time is difficult to find.

Проблема дизайна каркасного двухэтажного дома площадью 180 м2 по немецкой технологии.
Данный проект мне достался как архитектору-конструктору от группы внешних проектировщиков компании "СТС", когда планировочные решения были подписаны заказчиком, и фасады в эскизах уже утверждены.
НО при передаче его на производство, тамошний конструктор отказался его изготавливать по причине невозможности в технологическом плане.
Деньги от заказчика получены, график работ пошёл в ход, отлили фундаментную плиту, А производство - стоит.🤣
Такие курьезные случаи мне случалось переживать не раз, при работе в финской строительной компании, где я перерабатывал чужие дизайны в то что можно построить.
На самом деле в этом проекте фирма "отделалась лёгким испугом", так как я вставил в конструкцию всего 3 усиления и коечто там подправил, после чего его можно было производить и монтировать.
А дизайнерам-архитекторам рекомендую работать в связке с конструктором того - чего они рисуют, а не бегать после по рынку ища спасения в профессионалах, которых в нынешнее время трудно найти.
