It is a pity that at the moment the materials science in architecture has retreated into the background due to complete trust in the algorithms of calculations in various programs as design and engineering.
Already after a few years of the life of the building on the surface of the facades and interiors you can see how professionally the stages of design and construction were passed. But it almost always remains on the screen of this "play". And the "spectator" learns and learns from his bitter experience the competence of his participation in the choice of specialists.

Этот на первый взгляд простой одноэтажный домик имеет в себе хитрости конструирования в части компенсаторов усадки бруса, т.к. клееный брус всегда имеет в себе на момент сборки часть влаги, накопленной из атмосферы, и которая приводит его к разбуханию, а потом в процессе эксплуатации - к усадке, что влечёт за собой многие проблеммы в экстерьере, интерьере и инженерных сетях.
Жалко, что на сегодняшний момент материаловедение в архитектуре ушло на задний план в связи с полным доверием алгоритмам расчётов в различных программах как конструкторских так и инженерных.
Уже после нескольких лет жизни здания на поверхности фасадов и интерьеров можно увидеть насколько профессионально были пройдены этапы проектирования и строительства. Но это почти всегда остаётся на ширмой этой "пьесы". И "зритель" на своём горьком опыте узнает и познает компетентность своего участия в выборе специалистов.
