The peculiarity of this project was that due to slow decision of the client on final planting of the house on the site we had to freeze the foundation works because of the delay in getting the initial data for foundation design from geologists and very unfavorable soils (gray strongly loose clay)
and to store this rather large house at our plant until the foundation works were completed in spring. This is a great feature of frame-panel construction, that the house kit is minimally affected by weather conditions, compared to other construction technologies.
Будучи в 2012 году директором компании "СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ ТЕХНОЛОГИИ СТРОИТЕЛЬСТВА" (сейчас sts-eco.ru) мне довелось до проектировать и построить этот дом по каркасно-панельной технологии в Лен. обл. в Красном Селе.
Особенностью этого проекта была в том, что из-за медленного принятия решения заказчиком о окончательной посадке дома на участок, нам пришлось заморозить фундаментные работы по причине затягтвания выдачи от геологов исходных данных для проектирования фундамента и очень неблагоприятных грунтов (серая сильно-пучинистая глина), и складировать этот немаленький дом у себя на заводе до окончания фундаментных работ весной.
В этом есть большая особенность каркасно-панельного строительства, что домокомплект минимально страдает от погодных условий, по сравнению с другими технологиями строительства.
