В 2011 году мне довелось спроектировать каркасный дом по немецкой технологии быстрого домостроения, быв на тот момент на удалённой работе в моем родном городе от завода ("ПСП" г. Балобаново) по производству таких домов.
Так как на тот момент у субподрядной компании "Дома на Выбор" был небольшой опыт возведения таких зданий, то мне пришлось руководить первым циклом работ по сборке
домокомплекта на его фундамент.
Есть много плюсов у этой технологии быстрой сборки домокомплекта - основным из которых является выбор хорошего периода погоды без дождей, когда есть возможность все материалы сохранить от влаги, и тем самым предохранить конструкцию здания от излишней последующей просушки и дополнительного антисептирования,
что воздействует в конечном итоге на экологии жизни хозяев этого загородного дома.
Сборка основного каркаса этого дома под крышу заняла 3 дня, что вполне соотвествовало заявленным нами заказчику ,.

In view of my architectural activity at that time in the company "PSP" (Balabanovo, Kaluga region), and after they were detached in my native city of St. Petersburg to work with local clients "PSP", I was able to design a frame house on the German technology rapid house-building.
Since at that time the subcontracting company Doma na Vybor had little experience in erecting such buildings, I had to manage the first cycle of work to assemble the house set on its foundation.
There are many advantages of this technology of rapid prefabrication house set - the main one is the choice of a good weather period without rain, when it is possible to save all the materials from moisture, and thus protect the construction of the building from excessive subsequent drying and additional antisepsis, which affects the environmental life of the owners of this country house.
Assembly of the main frame of the house for the roof took 3 days, which is fully consistent with our stated customer time frame.
