Сколько не случалось мне рисовать ландшафтных дизайнов, до итоговой их реализации дошли не все. Ввиду большой порой экономии со стороны заказчика для работы в эскизном варианте очень не хватает грамотной топосьемки. Как любая ракета не летит без точных датчиков, так строительство ландшафта не возможно без рабочей документации с высотными отметками. Плюс - минус 100 мм высоты на всей площади участка превращается в ОГРОМНЫЕ кубы плодородной земли или иного сыпучего материала, который не был предусмотрен в смете - и стройка встаёт, пока Вы не найдёте недостающих денежных средств.
Топосьемка тоже не должна быть а бы какой, так как в ней должны обязательно присутствовать: местные высотные реперы (большие камни, высота отметки вьездной дороги и др. значимые элементы), изолинии с шагом в 250 мм.
Примером грамотной подготовки работ по воплощению придомовой территории с отделкой камнем для здания на склоне, и с подпорними стенками и железобетонными лестницами была уточненная топосьемка.
