Прекрасный домик с хорошей планировкой запомнился мне тем, что заказчиком его был мой хороший знакомый - настоящий военный в отставке.
Ему досталось по наследству участок с не очень правильными формами, на который и так и сяк плохо садился любой типовой проект загородного дома или дачи.
Решили с ним (заказчиком) провести относительно солнца по участку правдоподобную в
будущем линию разделения на две зоны: хозяйственную и отдыха - уже от неё отталкиваться в посадке здания.
Здание легло на эту линию как компас с юго-запада на северо-восток. После нескольких итераций планировочных решений найден был хороший план первого этажа - а после и второго.
Дорисовать объёмное решение было дело дня.
В целом заказчика полностью проект эстетически и эргономически удовлетворил на 100 %.
Воплощен данный проект в поселке Симагино строительной компанией "Дома на Выбор" несколькими этапами - как это сейчас заведено в России: есть деньги - строимся; закончились - замораживаем.
I remember a beautiful house with a good layout because the customer was a good acquaintance of mine, a real retired military man.

It was a matter of a day to finish the volumetric solution.
In general, the client was 100% satisfied with the project in terms of aesthetics and ergonomics.
The project was implemented in the village of Simagino by the construction company "Domy na Vybor" in several stages - as it is customary in Russia now: if there is money - we build; if there is no money - we freeze.
