Так например, я давно уже не смотря ни на что рекомендую своим заказчикам под кровлю из мякгих плиток выступать по фанере или OSB lll только подкладочный ковёр их оклеечной гидроизоляции.
Она сама по себе уже является хорошим кровельным материалом на время строительства и "подстраховывает" верхний слой покрытия кровли, так как ветер, и другие негативные погодные условия, биологических нагрузка от биосферы приводит к замене верхнего слоя уже после 15-20 лет эксплуатации.
